ANS (Arc Native Specification)

The standardized content format used across Arc XP for representing various content types including articles, images, videos, and galleries. ANS defines the structure and fields for content management and distribution.

Bandito

A content testing tool within Arc Intelligence that uses Multi-Armed Bandit algorithms to optimize content elements such as headlines and images based on performance metrics like Click-Through Rate (CTR).

Clavis

The recommendation engine component of Arc Intelligence that delivers personalized content suggestions based on user behavior and content similarity patterns.

Content Source

A configuration mechanism in PageBuilder Engine that defines how data is fetched, cached, and served to web experiences.

Distributor

A metadata component that manages content origin, restrictions, and syndication rules across the Arc XP ecosystem.

Content Management Terms

Author Object

A data structure containing author information including unique identifier (_id), slug, and customizable fields for managing contributor profiles.

Circulation

The process of making content available on specific websites and sections within the Arc XP ecosystem.

Feature Pack

A bundle of components and configurations used in PageBuilder Engine for building web experiences.

Resolver

A system component that maps URL patterns to templates and content sources, determining how content is displayed.

Block

Chain

Edge Network Computing

Partial Caching

A technique for caching specific parts of content source logic to optimize performance and resource utilization.

Resizer V2

TTL (Time To Live)
