Arc XP identity is designed to be used by three different kinds of personas. Understanding these personas is essential for effective system utilization and management. Below are the descriptions of each persona:

• Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  The CSR is responsible for interacting with the Admin tool. This tool allows CSRs to configure various tenant settings essential for system operation. The functionalities available to each CSR depend on the permissions defined for their role, which can be configured through the Permissions application.

• Developer

  The Developer manages common activities that require automation for users by clients or connections to other systems.

• Reader (or end user)

  The Reader interacts with the site to perform various activities such as signing up, logging in, reading articles, etc. This persona represents the primary audience engaging with the platform.
