The Sites API provides a RESTful interface for managing your organization’s high-level site structure and navigation menus. Complete navigation trees are rendered from combinations of these objects by accessing the navigation endpoint.

Site Service API is a RESTful API for the Arc XP Site Service that you can use to define objects that describe your high-level site structure and navigation menus, via manipulating the website, section, link and hierarchy objects. Complete navigation trees are rendered from combinations of these objects by accessing the navigation endpoint.
